Maintenance and repair can be performed easily and hence
it's faster, by opening the rear body cover that can be
quickly removed as well. Spark plug inspection, cleaning,
and replacement can be completed in just few minutes,
while refilling the oil takes just 2-3 minutes. The air
filter is also easy to clean and can be done within 10
minutes.

Tuffup
tube :
The tuffup tube prevents the sudden loss of air pressure
by sealing holes or cuts made in the tube by the piercing
foreign object.
*The tuffup tube is not 100%
puncture proof as it can't prevent punctures - in area
not covered by the liquid compartment; caused by large
or "L" shaped holes;or when small holes becomes
larger. Whenever you find a foreign object nailed on
the tyre please remove it immediately and get the tube
repaired at the nearest puncture shop.

Mileage :
Fuel mileage of DIO is around 50 kmpl, as per HMSI test
conditions. However, it also depends on certain aspects,
like weight of passengers, load carried, traffic conditions,
users' driving habits, riding speed, etc. |
